We assist with:

We do not perform cremation services or operate as a funeral home unless explicitly stated.

2. No Guarantee of Timelines

All timelines are estimates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Government processing

  • Airline schedules

  • Documentation issues

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Submit required documents on time

  • Respond promptly when needed

Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not our responsibility.

4. Third-Party Services

We coordinate with third parties such as:

  • Funeral homes

  • Government offices

  • Airlines

We are not liable for the actions, delays, or errors of third-party providers.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees must be agreed upon before services begin

  • Certain services may require upfront payment

  • Payments are non-refundable once coordination has started

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Delays

  • Losses caused by third parties

  • Indirect or incidental damages

Our role is coordination and guidance.
