We do not perform cremation services or operate as a funeral home unless explicitly stated.

All timelines are estimates.
Delays may occur due to:
Government processing
Airline schedules
Documentation issues
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Submit required documents on time
Respond promptly when needed
Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not our responsibility.
4. Third-Party Services
We coordinate with third parties such as:
Funeral homes
Government offices
Airlines
We are not liable for the actions, delays, or errors of third-party providers.
5. Payment Terms
Fees must be agreed upon before services begin
Certain services may require upfront payment
Payments are non-refundable once coordination has started
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Delays
