Who We Are

Our Foundation

"Our approach is forged from over 20 years of experience in the most solemn of environments."

American Repatriation Specialists was founded by Wayne Terronez, a retired Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9) with years of dedicated service handling the personal effects of Killed in Action (KIA) and Wounded in Action (WIA) service members. While stationed at the Pentagon, [First Name] also supervised the Joint Personal Effects Detachment (JPED) for the Marine Corps in Dover, Delaware. This unique history taught him that repatriation is a sacred stewardship — and he brings that same "no-fail" military precision and deep emotional reverence to every family he serves.

Expertise Meets Empathy

We aren't just transporting a vessel; we are bringing a father, a daughter, a veteran, or a friend back to their family. We master the dual nature of the return:

  • The Logistics:  We navigate the labyrinth of Mexican health permits (Secretaría de Salud), customs clearance and airline regulations with the technical mastery required for a seamless transition through Houston (IAH) and beyond.

  • The Emotional Care: Having stood on the front lines of grief for twenty years, we recognize the weight this journey carries. We treat every set of cremains with the "Guardian" level of care we provided to our nation’s fallen heroes.

Our Commitment

Based in Houston, Texas, we serve as a dedicated advocate for American families. We handle the paperwork, the protocols, and the physical transport so that you can focus on what matters most: healing and remembrance.

"To us, 'home' isn't just a destination—it's a promise kept."
